1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using GabEasy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

GabEasy provides AI-powered communication tools including analogy generation, text clarity analysis, and a personal library. The service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of AI-generated content, or fitness for any particular purpose.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit content that is harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
  • Resell or redistribute the service without written permission
  • Use automated scripts to make bulk requests to the API

4. Free tier and subscriptions

  • Free accounts receive 10 generations per calendar month.
  • Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate shown at the time of purchase.
  • You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of any text you submit or save. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your saved library items or generated results.

6. AI-generated content

Results generated by GabEasy are produced by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific context. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any content before using it professionally. GabEasy is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated output.

7. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GabEasy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
